The Selling Eastside RE $1 Vacation Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Selling Eastside RE, a real estate business headquartered in the United States (“Sponsor”). For information, please visit https://sellingeastsidere.com.

• Open To: Legal residents of locations expressly listed on https://sellingeastsidere.com/world-wide who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Excluded: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives (and immediate family/household members) of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway begins and ends on dates as stated on https://sellingeastsidere.com/10-vacation-giveaway. Sponsor may terminate, suspend, or amend, in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, as permitted by law.

There are two methods of entry:

Purchase a $1 ticket through the web form available at https://sellingeastsidere.com/10-vacation-giveaway. Complete all fields and submit payment as instructed. Each $1 ticket equals one entry.

To enter for free, complete the AMOE form at https://sellingeastsidere.com/10-vacation-giveaway and follow the "No Purchase–Free Entry" instructions, providing your full name, valid email address, phone number, and mailing address. Each eligible free entry submission counts as one entry. Only one (1) free AMOE entry per person, per drawing period, is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, or ineligible entries will be void.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per drawing period, regardless of whether entry is paid or free. Entries in excess of this limit will be disqualified.

Paid and free entries will have the same chance of winning. No purchase enhances odds of winning.

Once the cumulative ticket pool for the Giveaway reaches the threshold required to fund a vacation valued at $150/night for five (5) nights (total value $750), Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that prize cycle. The drawing will be conducted by an authorized representative of Sponsor, and odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Vacation Package:

• Prize consists of accommodations valued at up to $150/night for five (5) consecutive nights (maximum value: $750 USD), location and dates subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Winner is responsible for all additional expenses, including but not limited to transportation, meals, incidentals, taxes, fees, and gratuities.

Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor's discretion. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor.

Potential winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within a reasonable time following the drawing. Potential winner(s) must respond within five (5) business days and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, or other documentation as determined by Sponsor, within a specified time. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner may be publicly announced on https://sellingeastsidere.com/10-vacation-giveaway and Sponsor’s social channels in accordance with applicable laws.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Giveaway or these Official Rules at any time without prior notice, to the extent permissible by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from and against any and all liability for injuries, losses, damages (actual or consequential), or rights of publicity or privacy, relating to, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy https://sellingeastsidere.com/opt-in-policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and permitted use of their information as stated herein.

• Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
• Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
• Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
• By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable laws.

These Official Rules and this Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflicts of law doctrine.
